Yes you can with WebKit. You just need to load up the webpage into a
webkit view (offscreen preferably) and when it is done, draw it into
an image. The open source application Paparazzi! <http://
www.derailer.org/paparazzi/> does this as well as the closed source
application Headdress <http://headdress.twinsparc.com>.
