You should not interfere with the user's choice. He or she may have a
reason to use Secure Virtual Ram so you should warn the user (in the
read me file, perhaps) that your application does not work properly
when SVR is running and then the user will decide if it worth
disabling SVR, not you.

I don't know why you'd assume that. I wouldn't be surprised if there
is no supported way to determine this, as you shouldn't need to know.
What problems are you facing?
