That is helpful, but that method creates a window and then resizes
it, along with bringing it above everything else. I'm trying to do it
using OpenGL because it improves rendering speed ("Applications that
do full-screen drawing tend to be graphics intensive and thus use
OpenGL to improve rendering speed." site: http://developer.apple.com/
documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/CocoaDrawingGuide/AdvancedDrawing/
chapter_9_section_4.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40003290-CH207-
DontLinkElementID_39). Whilst creating a window and resizing it does
work, I don't think it's as fast, and the composition I'm trying to
display unfortunately requires as much speed as possible.
If I'm wrong though, it would be helpful to know, because it would
make running the application in fullscreen a lot easier.
Also, I'm really sorry I didn't specify which method I was trying to
use earlier.
