Creating balloon type of window in Cocoa

Hi guys/gals,
I have created an cocoa application. My requirement is to show window
which will behave same as Balloon in Windows.
In mac, when user clicks on eject button, a transparent window having
a eject icon appears in front of all windows & also does not cause
loosing focus on earlier frontmost application. I want to create same
type of window.
Searched a lot but not getting anything. Please help.
