Transferring UI from dedicated window into a tabbed view

Greetings!
I've been working on a Core Data application for a couple of weeks now.
Today I've realized that I need my User Interface to be a part of a tabbed view instead of having a dedicated window.
Just copying and pasting all UI elements from the existing window onto a tabbed view would not work since I will loose al the data bindings.
Is there a way to transfer my UI into a tabbed view without having to rework everything from the beginning? _______________________________________________
