Hi all, I would like to know what is the job market like for people
with Cocoa and Objective-C experience?

Google is hiring both Java and Cocoa folks, depending on the specific products we are developing. I suspect that other multiplatform companies are similar - multiple products means multiple experts on their own specific platform.

Small developers, on the other hand, seem to hire very small numbers
of engineers, as they can develop quality software with just a few
people. On the plus side, it means that one developer can accomplish
quite a bit more than one developer on many other platforms.

Thus: look for independent software companies in your area, and see
what they do. It can be rough to find jobs, but there are a
surprising number lurking here and there.
