Hi All,

Here are two questions about child windows:

(1) In an application with multiple child windows, how do you change
the z-order of the child windows?  (The z-order appears to be fixed
after the child windows have been added.)

(2) How do you keep the child windows clipped within the content view
of the parent window?  (By default, child windows can be dragged off
the side of the parent window.)
