Hi All,
I have read that mac doesnt go to deep-sleep (i.e on wake up user is
prompted for the password) when it mounts a folder or volume of windows
machine. And in my application i am mounting a windows volume. But i want
that mac shud go to deep-sleep and it shud not avoid sleeping just becos
of my application. So i am trying for a workaround in which ill (A)-get
the sleep time, set by the user in the energy saver preference pane and
(B)-get the time till what the machine is in idle state. Now when this
idle time becomes equal to A time then ill unmount the volume. But the
problem is that i can not find A and B time programatically using cocoa.
Or one more way was to just get the sleep event but for partial sleep
there is no sleep event. Please help as i am stuck here.
Thanks in advance.
