Has anyone else noticed this. Is this a result of the firmware fix ?

So far I have only noticed this problem when using my own application.

I have noticed this with my Carbon CG app, too. I posted a while back to Carbon-dev, but got no response.

I have a bunch of stickies open over my desktop. When some application open a window, I can see a brief updating artifact around the stickies. I don't want to jump to conclusions too quickly, but it looks like only Carbon apps do that (a simple test with the Cocoa project template and the Carbon project template seems to confirm this).

FWIW, this is a MBP with GF8600.
