It's pretty basic and is missing a few things, but it's a good headstart if you need this sort of thing. The good news class is tiny and there are tons of comments, so it should be easy to customize. It has basic Cocoa Bindings support, as well.

For those who need something bigger, there's also my UKDistributedView:

It doesn't do bindings (yet), but instead it supports drag'n drop, auto-arrangement, grid, rubber-band selection, uses a cell to draw a full Finder-style selection, and has various selection modes (one only, multiple, etc.).
