I had that problem in the old IB which wouldn't let me make a connection
to a NSBrowser that was contained in a NSTabView. It was definitely a IB
bug and has thankfully been fixed in the new one. Maybe there were more
like that they didn't catch.
I'm hesitant to report more bugs from 9a559 since 9a581 (the final) is
now out. Unfortunately, my overnight download refuses to mount the disk
image or allow me to burn it, so I can't check the final. I may try again
tonight. That problem may be elsewhere because TimeMachine also complains
it cant mount my backup drive connected to my Airport extreme, even though I
can access it in the finder.
