Howdy Ricky (and other interested devs).

I have a very preliminary version of of an IB3 plugin for RBSplitView available on my site:
http://www.brockerhoff.net/src/rbs.html (compiled only.)

The code is still too ugly for general release. I haven't a clue how to get undo/redo working, for instance. I'll be glad to swap source code so we can pool our experiences and then release a better-debugged version.
