Only marginally Cocoa, but:
TextMate uses command-[ and command-option-[ as shortcuts for
different menu items. On a swedish keyboard, this is confusing because
[ is on option-8, so it is impossible to type [ without the option
key. I tried to separate them by changing the shortcuts in the system
settings, but I could not get the command-[ / command-option-8 binding
to work. I then fired up Interface Builder, chose the "Main Menu"
template (this was on Leopard), and created menu items with
command-option-8 and command-option-9 as shortcuts. C-o-9 seems to
work (i.e, the menu flashes when I type the key in the simulator), but
c-o-8 is dead. What's going on here?
