I collected a number of reviews on BNR last fall for the cocoaheads
group. They were generally very favorable, see the writeup at
http://www.iceweasel.com/BNR_review.html - note that it was gathered a
few years ago, but recent reviews are very similar.

In the main, attendees have characterized it as a week very well
spent, and well worth the time and money if you intend to be a cocoa
developer on a regular basis.
