I feel your response to this question is not appropriate and please do
not discourage the developers to post questions by mailing lists. Your mail
makes the beginner to hesitate regarding further queries. I do accept that
the question is improper, but let us make them to rewrite the question in
detail.

I feel the exact opposite, in fact. I think that it's long overdue for the type of questions the OP has been asking (from the very beginning). Nearly every time this poster has asked a question, others have asked that he (she?) be more specific or follow the "How to Ask Questions the Smart Way" guide. The response is usually a re-post of the same question phrased *slightly* differently if differen at all. Any given member of this list should have learned the etiquette lesson by now. If they haven't, they're not even trying.

If a list member continues to post without regard to the requirements of the community, it's time the community let the member know in no uncertain terms. I think you'll find this attitude prevalent among most members of a technical mailing list.

We are here in the mailing lists to resolve their issues if possible and
encourage the developers but not to criticize them.

I disagree. Some of us may be here only to *get* help. Others are here to give and receive, few are here to only give. Regardless, sometimes criticism *is* help. In this case, it's very much so.

The OP is absolutely ignoring list etiquette time and again, which certainly doesn't result in getting help from the list. In fact, it:

a) doesn't help the OP,
b) creates pointless list traffic ("noise") because
1) the question is often repeated
2) etiquette lessons are repeated
3) people argue over whether it was necessary
4) people have to be reminded that it's not only necessary, but in the rules
c) results in people ignoring the OP's questions forevermore

I think a bit of criticism is preferable to "c", don't you think? Besides, criticism isn't deadly. Suck it up and respect the community by following its rules.
