Custom Progress Indicator

Hey All,

I want to make my own Progress Indicator similar to that used in Delicious Library 2 and the 'Burn' button in iTunes. I want a spinning glass arrow like the one in the new iPod nano interface. How would I go about building my own? Or is there a custom framework out there?
