A relevant subject line is always a good idea; your query was actually
about Keychain, not ssh.

Have you tried searching the documentation for "keychain"?
The Search feature at http://developer.apple.com/cocoa/ can lead you
to documentation.
Searching on "keychain" there leads to the likes of:
Keychain Services Programming Guide: Introduction
Keychain Services Reference
An understanding of the underlying technology can greatly improve your
use of the higher level framework.
Search engines are rapidly growing in popularity these days for
their ability to quickly find documents based on one or more keywords.
I highly recommend them for finding information. ;-)
Multiple keywords is good stuff: the first link served by a Google
search of "keychain framework" scores a bullseye:
Keychain Framework | Get Keychain Framework at SourceForge.net
