Hi Lee Ann !

Got a minute for a question?

I used the second example (qa1487.html) and do get a hyperlink that when clicked launches the browser etc.

The behavior of the link though is when mousing over the first time the cursor is an text I-beam, then after clicking, the hyperlink 'shrinks' slightly and then when the cursor is over it is the 'hand'.

Are you familiar with this behavior and have a recommendation as to how to get the proper behavior of the cursor from the get go?
