Unembed Objects

I have embeded two views in a split view then embeded that result with another view in a split view to get a resulting vert splitter and horz splitter.

Now I would like to Uembed an cannot no matter what selections I do get Uembed to enable in the IB Layout Menu.

Any suggestions ? Please .
