Working fine here. In a previously compiled application as well as in a newly compiled (on ML) one.
I'm not using orderFrontColorPanel: though. It's invoked by clicking a color well or explicitly with [[NSColorPanel sharedColorPanel] makeKeyAndOrderFront:self].
Deployment target is 10.6, SDK is latest.
