Working fine here too... that's the problem, it's just some users who are experiencing this, and we haven't got any useful data yet to pin it down (sadly, users typically whinge at you to fix a problem but don't send anything you can work with, like a crash report or logging output).
Since it seems to be affecting a wide variety of users (though still a small minority) there ought to be some reason for it, which is why I wondered if anyone else had seen this.
