I'm not still bitter at all about them rejecting my app (after it had been shipping for more than a month). When I finally got a "human" on the phone (I am not convinced he actually had a soul), he pretty much accused me of copying Apple (nevermind the facts), and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Unbelievable.
Sorry. I'm not one to complain in public, but good grief… There's got to be a way to fix this system.
