Calculating Status T Density from Spectral Values

I am in search of the formula to compute ANSI Status T Density from
spectral reflectance values. I have a table from CGATS5, draft #8,
called table H-4 "Status T - Weighting Factors" that shows a lists of
weighting factors for 340 nm - 770 nm and a lists of corresponding
factors for Red, Green, and Blue. There is no instructions on how to
use the values to compute Status T. How do you compute what is called
"Visual" or "Black" Status T density from spectral reflectance values?
Normally you would use Red to measure Cyan, Green to measure Magenta,
and Blue to measure Yellow. How would you accurately calculate density
for other colors such as Blue or Orange?

Thanks,

Abe
