From the updater's Read Me:

"Apple ColorSync 3.0.1's Profile First Aid 3.01 reports deviations in the
format of Adobe-provided ICC profiles as error -181. These deviations are
insignificant and have no know negative impact. Adobe recommends you do not
allow Profile First Aid 3.01 to fix these profiles, as doing so may result
in spurious profile mismatches in Adobe applications."
