Better than a 5000k monitor calibration matches an image in the D50 booth,

Geez...I'm totally confused now! I have my monitor set to 5000k as per the
instructions in the Photocal dialogue windows for the Mac. Also I could have
sworn C. David Tobie mention on the Epson List that 5000k is the best temp.
I use Generations Inks/Epson 1200 printer for my fine art prints. I also
build and design websites which I use Rez Switcher to change to Windows
gamma to check graphics.
Have a Sony 19" 400PS w/individual gun controls.
Now what?
