Hence the reason that light boxes with dimmers which keep the color temp set
as dimming is the way to go. I have a Just Normlicht light box with a dimmer
on both the transparency and reflective surfaces and find that its necessary
to dial down the intensity quite a bit to match the display. This is why
these manufacturers place dimmers on the boxes. Adds to the price of the box
but the only way to go!
