I think that any owners of the DCS4xx series of cameras will find that
profiling can and does improve the colour quaility, certainly faster
than doing colour corrections, and I would encourage those that have not
tried it, to do so.
Although I have never tried the ColorSynergy product, I have had great
success with Kodak's IPB, Praxisoft's CompassCamera and to a lesser extent
ColorBlind Matchbox.
It has worked for me.
