ColorSync monitors

I'm jumping in late in the game here, but can't you just unplug the USB
interface from a ColorSync monitor thereby disabling the software
calibration engine and then calibrate as normal with your calibration tool
(OptiCal, etc.)?

Forgive me if I missed a post which suggested this. I have 50 of these to
calibrate, so I better get it right!
