Best combination for a Newspaper

Hi!

I'm looking for the best combination of Spectrophotometers (to create an ICC), desnitometers (to show me dot gain, densties,...), and a color management software. For now, i see this choice:

X-Rite DTP41 autoscan spectrophotometer
X-Rite 508 spectrodensitometer
BestColor management software

Is good this combination? Any best choice? Why?
Better Monaco or Colorblind than Bestcolor?
