Should I eventually better delete anything named Kodak* from extensions?
Depends on your workflow.
The ICC specification doesn't guarantee interoperability. In fact it
allows companies to build private tags into profiles that will affect
the quality of the color conversions, if they execute with said
company's own CMM.
For this reason profiles build with tools from Kodak ColorFlow are at
a disadvantage, as is the Kodak CMM.
In principle the definition of device independence is that you get
the same result with profiles from any vendor. This is why there is a
default CMM.
Proprietary CMM technology is a bad idea, and always was.
