Thanks to all who answered my request,

in the meantime Patrick Duffy from Itec wrote off-list and
offered to make a demo copy of Prove It! available to me.

Summary, you have to call Itec sales or perhaps send e-mail
(I couldn't locate an e-mail address at their site) to receive
a demo copy.
