Back in the days of Photoshop 5.5 (Mac) I was able to go to "File/Color
Settings/RGB" and select a colorspace, check on DUMC and save the settings to
load into Linocolor Elite 5.0.3 p1 monitor preference so that the image in
Lino matched that of Photoshop 5.5. I now notice that there doesn't seem to
be a way to accomplish the same thing in PS 6.0. When I go into "Edit/Color
Settings" in 6.0 and save the settings, they do not show up as a choice in
Linocolor monitor settings dialog window.
Anyone have a suggestion as to how to accomplish this in 6.0? I simply want
the image in Lino to match that in PS 6.0.

One way would be to save any file in the colorspace needed. The
needed profile will be embedded. Then, using the "extract profile"
script that is in the ColorSync Extras folder of the Apple Extras
folder, extract the profile. The profile will be extracted to a
folder where the file resides. Now the extracted profile can be used
in other apps.
