I also fell victim of the same scenario. It took me time to decide to buy
the roland FJ-500 because of the demo operator's error, Jan Stienman was
right many things could go wrong during the sample print. Most of the time
these operators don't know that RGB is better than CMYK. Files already in
CMYK looks very dull compared to RGB files. The good thing about
colorchoice 4.0 is it's color management. You can work with different RGB
profiles from photoshop and input it in RCC input profile.
