5.5 Profiles In 6

My Matchlock Profiler RGB profiles created with 5.5 give me excellent prints on my Epson when printed from 5.5. They are not working when I use them in Photoshop 6. Tiffs are lacking saturation and PS generated gradients are over-saturated. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? Must I rebuild them from PS 6? Thanks.
