Profiling a 9500

  • Subject: Profiling a 9500

I'm trying to profile an Epson 9500 using Praxisoft Compass Profile. We are
not using a RIP at this time. I'm printing through Photoshop (MAC) using
the Epson driver. So far I've been very unhappy with the quality of the
"reds." They look very dull and unsaturated....more like a dirty brown.
The Epson tech suggested that I adjust the magenta and yellow sliders in
the printer setup.

I would appreciate any comments.
