The new Color Vision Spyder is quite impressive, especially for the price
($199 with PhotoCal). In fact, I'd suggest you pop the extra $100 or so and
get Optical software to drive that colorimeter. Mate that with a display
that has control over the individual hardware guns and you're all set to go.

I notice that Prove It! no longer seems to be the low end monitor
calibrator/profiler of choice on this list. Is it because the ColorVision
Spyder with PhotoCal is superior? and, if so, in what ways? Or is there
another reason I am not aware of?
