So they want to proof CMYK Quark files to an RGB driver with ICC profiles,
and on... how shall I say this... a "challenged" platform. Oh, and basicly
for free. You didn't mention if thay want to be able to emulate a press while
they are at it, but htat would assumedl;y be why the files are CMYK in the
first place.

Quark CMS really only does a couple things: imporve the screen preview, and
control RGB to CMYK conversions. What you want to do is control CMYK files to
an RGB device, and that will meaning losing a lot of control and accuracy. I
believe there are things worth not doing, and this sounds like one of them.
