Yes on all counts. Just be sure to acquire in a linear 12 bit mode from the
DCS to build and use the profiles.

The DCS 460 has a chip with very poor blue sensitivity, as I've often written on the List. LinoColor DCam used a driver trick to try to fix it, but no matter what you do, the bottom line is that what isn't there to begin with just isn't there.

A profile can work wonders. A ColorChecker DC profile can work greater wonders. But neither can work miracles.
