From my point of view the best way to match print to Pantone colors is
using of Logo ColorPicker from Logo ProfileMaker 3. But you must have
correct icc profile of your press (or where you want to get match). You are
picking Pantone color from list and geting CMYK (or RGB) values. You can
use ColorPicker demo for it, the main difference between full and demo p
ackages is Save function (in demo you should read CMYK from monitor). If
you have spectrofotometer you can match press to any color you can measure
(inside gammut certanly!). (E.g. if your customer wants you to match
no-Pantone color....)
