The quality tag in a profile is for the CMM to use, so you can change this without affecting the table data or anything else in the profile. The default setting is "normal", the other possibilities are "draft" and "best". CMMs can make different choices in doing a match between two profiles based on the quality setting of the first profile. There is a reason that normal is the default, meaning remember it's "draft, normal and best" not "horrible, bad and good"...you may not always want "best" in all circumstances. You might think that best always takes more memory and time than normal, which always takes more memory and time than draft, but that's not always the case. It just depends on the choices each CMM makes.
