This is generally a matter of total ink issues, and would not be as large a
factor as the math in your settings below!

I'm trying to understand the reason you would be limiting black ink so
significantly with such a high total ink; this would lead to high amounts of
CM&Y in dark areas, and problems with any UCR or GCR setting, in fact UCA is
the probably the only way to get that much ink on the paper with a 75% black
limit... SWOP setting would typically be 100%K, 300% total, or at least in
that range.
