It's because he's using his PC to get the mail (and probably expanding the
file there) which hoses the resource fork. Send him a file that is stuffed
or eve ZIPed but don't have him un-zip or stuff UNTIL he gets the file on
the Mac. That should do the trick unless you want to use a utility like Drop
ColorSync Profile utility (I hope it's still on the Apple site). Here is the
info in the teach text file that explains what's up and how to fix it:
