Mine has at least a dozen of these irregular patches. Perhaps someone from
Gretag monitors this list and will tell us which is correct, the outer,
lighter fringe area with less sheen, or the inner more saturated area with
more sheen. The next question then is will the problem, whatever it is, get
worse over time?

Heck, if they charged an extra $25 maybe they could afford to include some
kind of protective sheet or plastic bag so that more damage is not done
trying to slide the chart in and out of the case. Maybe even mount it on a
sturdier stock so it doesn't bow in the center.
