You can choose a white point and a black point in OptiCAL, as well as a
gamma. Beyond that I would recommend against messing with the profile to
attempt to match it to your output. Instead you should be viewing your output
through a proofing conversion that allows the output profile to take care of
this. If this does not match, then editing one of the oputput profiles'
preview would be preferable to misadjusting your monitor.
