Hi,
Our lithographer has a Fuji Lanovia. He also uses the Fuji software for
RGB to CMYK conversions.
In the Fuji software he has conversion tables that work well for the
printer we work with. BUT: there's no valid profile for those conversions.
The resulting scans are tagged with a 'Colorart 3' profile.
Unfortunately, that's only half a profile. It can be used for proofing
and viewing, but not for RGB->CMYK conversions.
Does anyone have a complete profile that we can use to perform similar
RGB->CMYK conversions ourselves? Unfortunately, we don't have the option
of making a custom press profile.
