With a profile editing package that allows the device to lab tables to be
edited seperately from the lab to device tables...

C. David Tobie

Fair enough...I've received a few suggestions. KodakCustomICC, DoctorPro...yada, yada.

I guess the most difficult factor is I use Scanvec-Amiable's PhotoPrintServer ColorCal package. No idea if it's a Colorblind OEM or what, but what I do know is ColorBlind Edit recognizes the (HiFi-support) MCH sauce in these CMYK-extended profiles and CBEdit also deals with MCH. The other editors I have no knowledge of other than downloaded versions which require purchase to run even as demos. I'm not a gambler. A fool yes. But not a gambler.

So Kodak or DrPro via photoshop do what to these profiles? Subsequently will the SA ColorCal recognize the profiles for re-linearization later? Do they just tweak a number in the available LUT via visual a la Photoshop? Is there any reference material anywhere on editing profiles?

Does it looks like a 'blind' purchase?
