We have been down this road recently and have used the following options.
1) Write the code yourself in Code Warrior using the TIFF library available
online.
2) Use TIFFTool1.1 from Good Buddy software - this shows all the tags, nice
simple utility.
3) Use TIFF_Script (which is an AppleScript) that you can buy very cheap.
