Best Color Rip Corruption

Both of our Best Color Rips corrupted last week. Our only choice to get out of the problem was to re-install the
Rips. What happened was that the files would rip fine but the Print Manager wouldn't kick in to send the files
to our Epson 9000s. We couldn't figure out why. Does anyone have any thoughts.
