this is interesting and I have always liked PhotoCal a lot myself.
However Tom Lianza from Sequel posted here some interesting info.
last week in response to a mail I sent on - from a user who has
uneven colour stripes in a gradation [on screen only].
Tom pointed out that video cards and screen quality are
contributing to this problem, but also that since the Sequel <Enable
Cable> is able to set gain and bias together to obtain a better
hardware calibration, it thus allows for smoother gradations.
any comments from the experts please??
