The main reason NOT to is that monitors are always changing, you have to
calibrate and profile them all the time. So by that fact alone, using a
monitor profile for a working space insures that you are constantly getting
different conditions in which to edit your files. Using a Working Space
insures that the editing is consistent forever. If the display changes it's
condition, the editing (and conversions) remain consistent. Only the preview
suffers meaning it's still a good idea to calibrate and profile a display on
a regular basis.
